3 extra days of stitching love). Things may take a little longer during busy

🌍 International — 10–21 business days

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships (can take up to
48 hrs to activate).

International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes — those are on
the buyer, unfortunately, they're set by your country, not us.

Packages lost or damaged in transit aren't something we can control, but
we're happy to help you to resolve the issue — just email us with details.

We ship almost everywhere, except where Canadian export laws say we can't.

Not quite right? Email us within 15 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

We accept returns for anything defective or incorrect — no questions asked.
Non-custom pieces can be exchanged too (you'd just cover shipping both ways).

Custom and personalised pieces are made just for you, so they're final sale
unless something arrived flawed or wrong. Sale items, gift cards, and
personal care items are final sale as well.

EU friends: you've got a 14-day cooling-off period to return for any reason,
as long as it's unworn and in original condition.

Once approved, refunds land back on your original payment method within
10 business days.
