Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Please note that during busy seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom embroidery items may require additional production time depending on design complexity, please allow additional 3 business days for processing.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–9 business days

United States: 5–14 business days

International: 10–21 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather, or courier issues and Canada Post strikes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
Buyers are responsible for any such charges once a shipment reaches their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at ailuros.embroidery@gmail.com with photos of the package and product so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada to most international destinations.
We do not ship to countries restricted by Canadian export laws.
